I’ve got an amazing little tip for you. As its time for that bikini body to shine I’ve started to lower my kcal intake just a little.

I’m not having snacks…. It’s oatmeal. This is the most amazing food out there. 

I eat instant oats all the time. Instead of having a bag of crisps at night when your hungry have oats. It’s tasty and portion control.

This is not really the oatmeal diet but it’s close and hunny it works wonders.

    You can do so much with oats and they are soooo filling! Love them.
